Remote Support

Remote support is a great, cost effective way of supporting basic issues that occur. Or allowing an issue to be solved without an onsite visit saving time and money. Using remote support potentially means your issue gets solved faster as an engineer can be working on more than one machine at once from any location with a computer and broadband internet access. It is also good to help your explain your issue to us, as we can both see the screen and what is happening. Basic training can be given through this method as well.

All new business customers are offered a free IT audit and backup review. This involves an onsite visit from a trained engineer, to look at your current IT infrastructure. Then once we have asked some questions to better understand your business, we will make recommendations to improve your IT.
